Meet Yasmine Benjelloun
Certified Nutritional Therapist
My name is Yasmine Benjelloun and I am a qualified nutritional therapist based in South-west London.

I graduated from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in London.

I am registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) for nutritional therapy.

I work with my clients on their digestive issues, weight management, hormonal imbalances, anxiety and any food imbalance that might impact their general health.

My consultations are very flexible as I work with face-to-face clients but also have international clients that I manage through online consultations.
My Personal Story
I have always been health conscious and an advocate of balanced way of eating, but it is only when I was diagnosed with endometriosis and had to endure its painful symptoms that I discovered why a careful diet should be a central part of my daily routine.
Endometriosis is a condition that causes the tissue that normally lines the inside of the uterus to grow outside of it, leading to painful periods, infertility and other symptoms.
I have been struggling with it since I gave birth to my 3rd child, and like many women with the same condition, I had to live through the monthly episodes of pain and related symptoms.

Having tried various medications, I decided to look for more natural remedies. I went on an experiment with my diet, I started avoiding inflammatory food and reducing my intake in sugar and processed food. I also tried supplements to support my hormonal balance.

Over time, although my condition had not disappeared, my periods became less painful and more regular, and I no longer experience frequent bloating and indigestion. I also felt more energised and I could once again focus on my daily tasks.
Inspired by my own experience, I have decided to take a more scientific and deep approach and study to become a qualified nutritional therapist.

Today, I am here to help others achieve the same kind of transformational results that I have experienced. I am grateful for my own journey, and for the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
